Structured Judo Training

This course is structured from fundamentals toward practical application. It emphasizes dojo etiquette, body balance, gripping, footwork, and balance breaking before students progress into throwing techniques and groundwork control.

Students train step by step so they understand how to use technique instead of relying on strength alone.

Training Structure

Students begin with falling skills, entry into basic throws, holds and locks, then gradually progress toward more complex techniques according to their level.

  • Tachi-waza: basic to advanced throwing techniques

Level 1-7 Structure

The course is divided into levels so students can develop from foundational skills toward more complex techniques with direction.

Advanced Training and Grading Pathway

After students complete the fundamentals, training progresses toward Randori, competition, self-defense application, and black belt preparation, referencing the pathway of the Judo Association of Thailand.

  • White belt to green belt: Rei, Ukemi, Uchikomi, basic throws, groundwork techniques, and Kata-Randori
  • Green belt to light blue belt: Mae Mawari Ukemi, Uchikomi, Harai Goshi, O Uchi Gari, Kata Gatame, Okuri Eri Jime, and continuous-win criteria
  • Light blue belt to brown belt: uses competition wins or accumulated results according to the required standard
  • Brown belt with black tip to black belt Dan 1: requires holding the belt for the required period, meeting the age criteria, and testing Tachi-waza, Shime-waza, Kansetsu-waza, Ne-waza, and Nage-no-kata

Judo Gi Cost

Students can order a Judo Gi through LINE Official by providing name, gender, age, height, and weight. The school will check the appropriate size and place the order according to suitable standards.
