Editorial Standards

Editorial Policy

How IMAC Dojo writes, reviews and updates its martial arts articles, with named authors, publication and update dates, and a primary-source citation policy.

Purpose

IMAC Dojo articles explain martial arts, history, training principles and school context in clear language. They do not replace individual medical, legal or safety advice.

Authorship and review

Every article identifies its author, publication date and update date. Authors remain accountable for meaning and distinguish verified facts, research, oral tradition and personal experience when context requires it.

Source policy

We prefer primary material, official organizations and traceable research. Sources used in an article are shown visibly.

  • Official sources come from the responsible organization
  • Research sources include journals and academic databases
  • UGC is identified as community material, not proof of fact
  • Commercial relationships are qualified appropriately

Language and content parity

The site publishes in Thai, English, Chinese and Japanese, and Thai is the source. A translated article carries the same sections in the same order, the same set of frequently asked questions, and the same numbers, dates, names and lineage claims as the Thai version.

Where the Thai version qualifies something as legend or as unsettled, every language keeps that qualification rather than upgrading it into a flat statement. Internal links always point to pages in the reader's own language; where a page exists only in Thai, we drop the link rather than send the reader to a page that is not there.

What we do not publish

Stating the boundary makes the rest easier to weigh. The following do not appear on this site.

  • Invented business facts: prices, schedules, student numbers, awards, or instructor qualifications
  • Review or AggregateRating markup in which the site rates itself
  • Guarantees of a safety or medical outcome
  • Community posts or forum opinion presented as proof of fact
