About Us

About IMAC DOJO Ladprao 101

A dojo-system martial arts school established in 2017

About IMAC DOJO

Established in 2017

IMAC Dojo is a martial arts school teaching Kyokushin Karate, Judo, Ip Man style Wing Chun, Wai Kru Muay Thai, and self-defense for students who want to develop health, discipline, confidence, and safe self-protection skills.

What makes IMAC Dojo different is our dojo-system teaching method. Instructors pass knowledge to students step by step, with emphasis on fundamentals, accuracy, safety, and the teacher-student relationship. We do not teach by rushing students into course sales or isolated techniques. Students learn the art, train consistently, and progress according to their readiness.

IMAC Dojo teaches students of all genders and ages from around 7 years old and up, including children, adults, women, beginners, health-focused students, and people who want practical self-defense. Both group classes and private classes are available depending on each student's goals.

The school is located at Soi Pho Kaew 3 Yak 9, opposite NIVA International School, on Ladprao 101 Road, Bangkapi District, Bangkok. It is suitable for students from Ladprao 101, Bangkapi, Ramkhamhaeng, and nearby areas.

For me, IMAC Dojo is not just a place to train karate. It is a space that trains the body, the mind, and the self through the principles of BUDO. Every class teaches discipline, patience, respect, focus, and continuous self-development. The instructors teach with genuine care and seriousness, making training more meaningful than exercise; it is a journey toward becoming a better version of myself.

IMAC Dojo is a martial arts school in Bangkok that has classes for beginners, children, adults, women, and anyone starting martial arts for the first time. What is a Dojo?

Short answer: A dojo is a place for training an art and training yourself, not just a gym.

The word Dojo comes from Japanese and means a place for practising the way of an art. At IMAC Dojo it means a martial arts school that values fundamentals, discipline, respect, safety, and each student's long-term development, rather than a place to drop in for kicks and punches now and then.

IMAC Dojo offers several courses such as Karate Ladprao, Judo Bangkok, Wing Chun, and Wai Kru Muay Thai. Students who want discipline, strength, and confidence may start with karate. Those interested in throwing, falling safely, and body control may start with judo. For students who want a self-defense class in Bangkok for smaller bodies, women, or skill-based training rather than relying on strength, Wing Chun is recommended.

Do you offer Private Class?
