This course is not only about a pre-fight performance. It studies Mae Mai Muay Thai, Luk Mai Muay Thai, balance, rhythm, concentration, and proper respect for the teacher lineage.

Standard Wai Kru Muay Thai Program

This course was developed by Kru Muay Thai Nareepas Supapitakpong. It emphasizes step-by-step learning, clear levels, and assessment according to the school's standards.

Nine Learning Levels

Students train through each level in sequence and take an assessment to pass each stage. After passing, students receive a certificate from IMAC Dojo and can continue to the next level.

  • Level 1: hand wrapping, fist formation, guard stance, basic weapons, and introductory Wai Kru
  • Level 2: add alternating forward-backward steps, elbows, kicks, teeps, knees, and diagonal defense
  • Level 3: practice front-back displacement, spinning punches, spinning elbows, spinning kicks, and more complex movements
  • Level 4: cross stepping, applied weapons, and evasive movement
  • Level 5: circular movement, advanced weapons, and Yang Sam Khum
  • Level 6: angled stepping, double punches, and jumping defense
  • Level 7: jumping punch, jumping kick, jumping teep, and jumping knee
  • Level 8: flying punch, flying kick, flying teep, flying knee, and advanced movements
  • Level 9: highest level, combining multiple weapons, advanced Mai Kru, and complete Wai Kru forms
